• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment.
• Communicates information to manager to ensure a warm, welcoming shift.
• Delivers outstanding customer service by connecting with the customer.
• Follows Starbucks and property policies, including cash handling and safety.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food per recipes.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
