Job summary

Casa Monica Resort and Spa, Autograph Collection in St. Augustine, FL is looking for a Room Attendant to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and deliver attentive service to guests. You will perform cleaning, restock supplies, handle Lost & Found, and report maintenance issues.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use.
Replenish chemical bottles.
Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Report any maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
