Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of dishwashing.

Responsibilities

• Gathers all dirty dishware from tubs, rinses and stacks in dishracks, clearing leftovers and trash to prepare for washing.
• Loads dishracks on belt, places them correctly, and operates automatic dishwashing machine as instructed.
• Loads dishwashing solutions into dispensers and regulates detergents output.
• Unloads clean dishes, inspects cleanliness, and stacks for easy use by staff.
• Manually scrubs pots and pans that cannot be washed automatically and dries and stores properly.
• Polishes silver and stainless steel to present clean, attractive equipment.
