Job summary

The Hotel Zamora, operated by Sherman Associates, is seeking a qualified Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day housekeeping activities for guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces in a luxury setting.

You will collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to recruit, train, schedule, and monitor staff performance while maintaining brand standards and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience with at least 6 months in housekeeping management at a supervisory or manager level.
• Ability to read and write for documentation, ordered supplies, and safety information.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, manage and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repair.
• Monitor laundry supplies and equipment for efficiency.
• Train employees and provide necessary tools for duties.
• Schedule room cleaning to ensure proper coverage.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed to meet guest expectations.
