The Delafield Hotel, part of Geronimo Hospitality Group, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and nurture exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee budgeting, revenue management, maintenance, and staff development to ensure World-class service and sustainable growth.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hotel leadership, Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Business, and proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years hotel experience with at least 2 years as rooms department head or GM.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations and annual budget execution.
• Drive revenue management and cost control.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safe operations.
• Lead and develop hotel team members.
• Produce monthly financial reports for executives.
