Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive hotel or hospitality leadership experience, with significant experience in a senior property-level leadership role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all ROOST hotel operations, ensuring standards are met.
• Oversee Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Maintenance/Engineering, and other hotel-level functions.
• Collaborate with Paseo building leadership to align hotel and residential services.
• Maintain brand standards, safety protocols, and operating procedures across the property.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
