Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience within a boutique hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations across all departments.
• Experience with extended-stay, apartment-style, or lifestyle hospitality concepts preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, service-driven team.
• Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Guest Services.
• Maintain brand standards and a consistently elevated guest experience.
• Partner with cross-functional corporate teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue, People & Culture).
• Own and manage the property’s P&L and drive revenue growth and cost control.
• Develop and execute operational and financial strategies to meet or exceed budgets.
