Job summary

ROOST Rainey at Paseo, a flagship ROOST Apartment Hotel in Austin, seeks a dynamic General Manager from Method Co. to lead property operations, guest experience, and team performance.

The GM will drive occupancy and revenue, maintain brand standards, and shape culture aligned with ROOST and Method Co. This hands-on role requires strategic oversight and daily operational engagement, with focus on extended-stay guest experiences and relationship-building within the Austin community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GM or senior leadership experience within a boutique hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with extended-stay, apartment-style, or lifestyle hospitality concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability through cross-functional collaboration.
• Set and manage P&L, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Foster a design-forward, hospitality-centric culture aligned with ROOST and Method Co.
• Build relationships with the Austin community and local partners.
