The Hotel Zamora, located in St. Pete Beach, FL, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide courteous check-in, checkout, and guest services. The role requires strong hospitality demeanor and basic computer skills to manage reservations and transactions.

We offer both part-time and full-time schedules. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to a luxury guest experience and the hotel’s retail and service standards.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in a public contact position.
• Customer service experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet usage.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in and checkout guests professionally and efficiently.
• Operate kiosk to assist guests and verify reservations, addresses, emails and payment info.
• Answer inbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
