Job summary

The Hotel Zamora, a boutique hotel in St. Pete Beach, FL, seeks a Banquet Server to join its Food & Beverage team under Sherman Associates. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and strong communication to enhance guest experiences across events and dining spaces.

Part-time availability includes weekends and weekdays. Must be 18+, pass alcohol service training, and complete background screening; prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass required Alcohol service training.
• Must successfully pass criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Sets up for events, carries trays, serves guests, and cleans up at event’s conclusion.
• Inspects linen, silver, china, and other items prior to using them.
• Demonstrates knowledge of menu; suggests alternatives to guests.
• Takes and fills customer orders; uses a computer to ring orders.
• Checks for identification to ensure legal drinking age; refuses service when needed.
