The Hotel Zamora, a boutique hotel on St. Pete Beach, FL, seeks an experienced Valet Attendant to provide memorable guest experiences. You will assist with parking, luggage, and transportation, while helping with beach operations and poolside service, ensuring a high level of courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a public contact position.
• Customer service experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, cleanly.
• Must have a flexible schedule (late shifts, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
• Safely park guests' vehicles.
• Assist with luggage during check-in/out and transport.
• Request taxis and answer guest inquiries.
• Inform guests about restaurant hours, vending/ice, pool/beach, fitness center, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain the hotel's appearance and cleanliness at peak levels.
• Submit lost and found reports.
• Assist with doorperson duties and beach operations as needed.
• Notify guests of deliveries and assist in delivering items to rooms.
• Provide additional guest assistance to ensure high-quality service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
