The Peacock Inn in Princeton, NJ seeks a Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our boutique hotel team. The role requires delivering personalized service to guests, handling reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and can communicate in Spanish as a plus. Flexible scheduling including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with booking, housekeeping, and maintenance to respond to guests’ needs.
• Make reservations or appointments for guests wanting local entertainment or services.
• Answer guest calls and record details for follow-up.
• Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by anticipating needs and suggesting local venues.
• Maintain communication with guests ahead of weddings, corporate retreats, and other events.
• Report accidents or injuries to senior management immediately.
• Take reservations, answer inquiries, coordinate with Event Coordinator, host restaurant, and assist Hotel Manager.
