Job summary

The Peacock Inn in Princeton seeks a diligent Housekeeper to respond promptly to guest requests and department inquiries while identifying maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms. You will perform tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas and the hotel in a clean and orderly manner.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, following safety protocols, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and departmental requests.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Inspect and maintain all public spaces, mechanical equipment and storage areas.
• Protect guest confidentiality and hotel security procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisor or manager.
