Job summary

Staypineapple is a brand of upscale boutique hotels seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent (Part-Time) in San Francisco. You’ll be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive outstanding service from arrival through departure and beyond.

Responsibilities include front desk tasks, assisting with luggage, and providing local recommendations while maintaining a welcoming, upbeat demeanor. This role requires overnight availability and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Possess a valid food handlers card and alcohol service card (can acquire after hire).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily front desk duties: check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and rate/types inquiries.
• Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Serve as reference for guests’ needs and coordinate transportation or information requests.
• Acquire and share knowledge of the hotel and local venues/attractions.
