The Darcy Hotel Washington DC is seeking a Bellperson / Valet Attendant to join Northwood Hospitality, LLC. You will be the first and last impression for guests, assisting with luggage and guiding them through check-in and check-out in a fast-paced boutique hotel.

This full-time, hourly position offers weekend and holiday shifts, competitive health and retirement benefits, and opportunities to contribute to a team that values integrity, pride, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy luggage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, and transporting to and from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with valet parking as needed.
