The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA seeks a Bellperson to deliver warm hospitality, assist guests with luggage, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions. You will escort guests to rooms and help with messages and deliveries in a vibrant, historic setting.

Qualifications

One year of guest services/bell experience preferred.
Valid CDL when applicable.
Familiarity with local area and attractions.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Effective communication with the public and team members.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor on arrival.
Assist guests with luggage and ensure prompt service.
Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Escort guests to rooms and explain features and facilities.
Deliver messages, packages and items to guest rooms.
Coordinate transportation as requested by guests.
Maintain a neat, organized lobby area.
Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs for a memorable stay.
