Job summary

The Darcy Hotel Washington DC seeks a Bellperson/Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with luggage, and guide guests through check-in and check-out procedures at 1515 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington, DC 20005.

This full-time, hourly role requires a friendly, proactive personality and flexibility to work weekends and holidays, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy luggage.
• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Position Summary

As a Bellperson you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Schedule Availability Requirement

This position requires schedule flexibility based on the hotel’s operational needs. Occasional overnight shifts may be required.

Compensation and Job Classification

• $18.40 per hour
