Job summary

Brobston Group in Atlanta boutique seeks a friendly receptionist to greet visitors and connect clients with the right team member. You will respond to inquiries via email and chat, and assist with inbound calls to ensure a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in fashion/retail or at least one year in retail or customer service, strong communication, and comfort using Microsoft Office. Multilingual abilities are a plus in serving a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion, retail, or related field or 1 year of experience in retail, contact center, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and engagingly.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and chat, including questions about operating hours and repairs.
