The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and organized, with experience using a Property Management System and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle point-of-sale transactions and multi-line phone systems accurately.
• Excellent communication skills; hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by managing room bookings and check-ins/outs.
• Provide comprehensive concierge support and respond to guest inquiries.
• Promote on-site dining and spa services to guests.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and ensure keys and cash handling security.
