Qualifications

• Experience at front desk or customer-facing role preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions helpful.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Review arrivals noting special requests and block rooms as needed.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information.
• Balance daily shift cash, credit card transactions, and reports.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability and selling status using yield management systems.
• Communicate with other departments via telephone or radio as needed.
