Davidson Hospitality Group's Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook in Alabama is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide local recommendations with a warm, Southern hospitality style.

You will handle cash and card transactions, coordinate with other departments for seamless experiences, and maintain an organized front desk. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required to join our luxury boutique team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
