Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook, a luxury boutique hotel near Birmingham, seeks a friendly Host/ess to greet guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and coordinate with the kitchen and servers for timely service. You’ll help manage reservations and the waiting list while maintaining a clean, welcoming station.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating arrangements are organized.
• Provide menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
