Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a polished, service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. This role goes beyond check-in/check-out, shaping the entire guest experience with warm welcome, thoughtful recommendations, and proactive problem solving.

The ideal candidate engages guests from diverse backgrounds, thinks quickly, and takes ownership of the guest journey. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous upscale/luxury boutique or full-service hotel experience preferred.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, polished arrival and departure experience for every guest.
• Handle front desk tasks: check-in/out, room assignments, billing, and account assistance.
• Provide recommendations for hotel experiences, dining, and Savannah attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns; own resolutions.
• Handle service recovery with professionalism and judgment.
• Personalize stays for celebrations and special occasions.
• Coordinate amenities and reservations to elevate guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Hotel Bardo offerings and Savannah community.
• Support team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold luxury service standards and presentation.
