Job summary

CHANEL, INC. is seeking a Boutique Facilitator at the Palm Beach location. You will provide the highest standard of client service, support sales staff, and assist with daily operations to ensure smooth boutique functioning.

You will help with packaging, inventory processes, cash handling, and maintaining accurate registers. A collaborative, client-focused mindset and flexibility with hours are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence required for opening/closing the boutique; receiving inventory; shipping to support sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service per CHANEL standards and greet all clients.
• Assist Sales Associates and Boutique team to maximize client-facing time.
• Support Operations with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and cash handling; open/close registers.
• Handle client issues promptly by answering calls and providing professional resolutions.
