Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events, including children's parties and classes.
• Engage clients of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct craft projects; perform face painting.
• Facilitate party add-ons (goody bags, balloons) to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team.
• Handle emails, calls, and paperwork as needed.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback; create backup plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards; set up and break down.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Support stock, planogram (POGs), SISO, and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and policies.
• Be respectful and positive; model Michaels values; cross-train in Custom Framing.
• Participate in daily store cleanliness activities.
