Job summary

Brobston Group's boutique in New York seeks a seasoned supervisor to assist the Boutique Director with operations, sales growth, and team development, while delivering exceptional client service and representing the Maison with grace.

You will coach staff, manage floor coverage, collaborate with corporate on stock, CRM, and merchandising, and network within the community to elevate the in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience.
• 4+ years luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, selling, closing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; foreign language ability preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
