Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional responses to guest requests for services.
• Communicate with guests before arrival to tailor their experience.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to fulfill pre‑arrival and special requests.
• Create guest profiles and update information in ALICE.
• Maintain lobby area and concierge desk appearance.
• Handle bell service communications and arrival team coordination.
• Maintain guest folio documentation and incident records.
• Develop relationships with local service providers to enhance guest experiences.
