Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server for The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection in Cincinnati. You will help set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and assist with teardown after events, delivering an exceptional guest experience with a professional team.

The role requires 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet settings, with knowledge of wine and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, including draping tables, placing centerpieces, and preparing drinks.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays, and clear sections during events.
• Break down function spaces and clean back hall areas after events.
• Assist with event room setup and ensure stations are stocked.
• Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and monitor workstation cleanliness.
• Serve food and beverages and address guest requests with professionalism.
• Explain menu items and accommodate dietary restrictions as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the banquet area.
