Brown & Company Jewelers seeks a Boutique Client Services Coordinator to elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality and store amenities. You will use product knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction during each interaction.

The role supports the sales team, assists with merchandising, and participates in special events while upholding brand standards and security procedures.

• Support Rolex client experience.
• Assist in merchandising and display maintenance (e.g., understock organization, maintaining proper visual standards, wrap area stocking).
• Develop an understanding and knowledge of products.
• Understand and comply with security and operational procedures (product handling, inventory control, etc.).
• Uphold Brown & Co standards while projecting an approachable and professional image by adhering to the dress code.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

The Boutique Client Services Coordinator elevates the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments. They will execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences. The Boutique Client Services Coordinator will utilize their knowledge of products and services to maximize customer satisfaction during each interaction.

• Deliver an exceptional welcome to clients and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.
• Manage the flow of boutique traffic to ensure that all clients are attended to in a timely manner.
• Assist the sales team with various activities to facilitate a seamless customer experience (running product, gift wrapping, beverage service, data capture, etc.).
• Oversee the general upkeep and appearance of the sales floor.
• Assist the service department with repair intake and delivery.
• Assist with Rolex client experience.
• Assist in merchandising and display maintenance (e.g., understock organization, maintaining proper visual standards, wrap area stocking).
