Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Boutique Assistant to support a seamless luxury client experience through hospitality, boutique upkeep, and front-/back-of-house assistance. You will collaborate with boutique management and sales associates to create welcoming, memorable client interactions.

The role involves preparing appointments, presenting products, assisting with sales finalization, gift wrapping, and customer hospitality, while managing traffic, inquiries, and quick service requests.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and SAP knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; multitasking ability.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training.
