Job summary

Cartier boutique in Palo Alto is seeking a client-focused Sales Assistant to welcome guests, assist with appointments, and support the boutique team in delivering exceptional service. You will help maintain an organized, polished environment and ensure brand standards are met.

The role requires strong communication, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask across client services, operations, and merchandising. Weekend availability and travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
