Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures and accurate tip-out sheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promptly serve food and beverages.
• Pour drinks to standard specifications and process orders in the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks, assist servers, and maintain bar stock and cleanliness.
• Notify management if a guest is intoxicated or disruptive.
• Unpack deliveries and stock bar; follow uniform and grooming standards.
