Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking an experienced bartender to craft personalized guest experiences with attention to quality and detail. You will greet guests, prepare and serve drinks, and support servers to ensure timely, courteous service in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should have a year of bartending experience, strong wine and spirits knowledge, and solid cash handling and POS skills. Flexible scheduling, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required to support our guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Knowledgeable in wine and spirits; strong guest service focus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests; prepare and serve drinks professionally.
• Pour drinks to spec; take orders via POS with accuracy.
• Serve food and assist servers; stock bar as needed.
• Monitor guest intoxication and escalate to management when necessary.
• Maintain bar area, glassware, and bar stock; follow grooming standards.
• Collaborate with support staff and management to ensure smooth service.
