Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, plus strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures, and accurate tip-out sheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promptly serve food and beverages.
• Pour drinks according to specifications and process orders in the POS with accuracy.
• Serve food and drinks to guests and assist servers as needed.
• Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and follow uniform and grooming specifications.
• Support cooperative communication with the team.
