Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong knowledge of wines and spirits, excellent communication, and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, and strong communication/presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable about cash and card handling, tip-out sheets, and calculating bills.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve food and beverages.
• Pour drinks to specification and process orders in the POS with accuracy.
• Serve food and drinks and assist servers with orders.
• Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or disruptive.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar; maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards; cooperate with team.
