Ambling, Inc. is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for Harbor 40 Apartments in Ridgeland, SC. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct informative property tours, and answer questions about the community.

In this role you interview prospects to determine needs and qualifications for renting, prepare and distribute application packets, and help maintain the property's cleanliness and curb appeal along the tour route.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in English literacy and communication.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents to determine needs and qualifications for renting.
• Answer questions about the apartment community; provide callers with directions and information.
• Conduct property tours and follow up with all prospects in a timely manner.
• Inspect the tour route daily to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Prepare application packets and maintain an adequate on-hand supply.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and amenities and how it compares with listings.
