The Collins Apartments in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the onsite team. This role focuses on sales, service, and resident satisfaction, with a competitive hourly wage and commission potential in a resort-style multifamily community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.
• Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus.
• Ability to walk the community daily, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartment homes and conduct property tours.
• Convert leads into signed leases through strong follow-up and sales techniques.
• Prepare lease documents and collect deposits.
• Maintain accurate resident and leasing files.
• Ensure model apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests professionally.
• Assist with marketing outreach and local business partnerships.
• Comply with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Represent the community and company with professionalism at all times.
