Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience; property management or real estate experience is a plus.
• Warm, confident communication style and ability to connect with people.
• Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented customer service and resident relations.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office technology, or ability to learn quickly.
• Polished, professional demeanor and integrity while representing Forty2.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, informative property tours.
• Present available apartment homes with confidence, communicating features, amenities, and community benefits.
• Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and in person.
• Follow up with prospective residents and guide applicants through application, screening, documentation, and move-in.
• Prepare lease agreements and related documents in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
• Deliver responsive customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Address resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Build positive resident relationships to support satisfaction, renewals, and retention.
• Maintain complete records for prospect traffic, leasing activity, applications, and resident interactions.
• Assist with rent collections and communicate policies clearly.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media, online listings, local outreach, and resident events.
• Review online advertising to keep listings accurate and compelling.
