Job summary

Snelling Staffing Lexington is recruiting a tour guide for a prestigious Kentucky distillery in Versailles. You will lead 30- to 90-minute tours, greet guests, handle tickets, and promote Kentucky bourbon history. Candidates must be 21+, willing to work weekends, with strong communication, storytelling, and customer service skills.

In-person work with the tasting room and guest services team is expected. Experience presenting to groups and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3-5 daily guest experiences, ranging from 30-minute tastings to 90-minute walking tours.
• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests upon arrival and processing tickets.
• Handle credit card payments, verify guest identification, and process refunds as needed.
• Communicate tour sizes and demographics to the tasting room and tour guides.
• Book and adjust tour reservations and resolve guest concerns with the help of Tour Captains and the Guest Services Manager.
• Set up and tear down the tasting room.
