Job summary

Greeneville Bottling is seeking an experienced Controls/Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot PLC-driven equipment, perform mechanical and electrical repairs, and mentor peers on PLC diagnostics. You will work hands-on with motors, drives, HMIs, and sensors while supporting GMP and safety standards on the production floor.

The role emphasizes identifying recurring failures, participating in change control, and maintaining accurate maintenance records in our CMMS to ensure uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs and electrical troubleshooting is required.
• Knowledge of GMP or food safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated bottling and production equipment.
• Read and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Train maintenance technicians on PLC troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work orders in CMMS.
