Job summary

Arcadia Beverage, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to handle bottles throughout production, inspect for defects, and prepare items for filling. You will monitor quality and communicate issues to leadership, ensuring safety and efficiency on the line.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for shift schedules with potential overtime based on business needs.

• Safely maneuver around machinery.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain OEE standards.
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of your work area.
• Communicate operational issues with Leadership Team.
• Operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow and monitor all guidelines and procedures.
• Follow company procedures regarding safety and quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.
