Job summary

Arcadia Beverage is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support bottle handling across stages of beverage production. You will inspect, sort, and prepare bottles for filling, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, effective communication, and teamwork. Two shifts are available with overtime as needed. Arcadia Beverage values care, respect, growth, and accountability across all operations.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication and willingness to learn in a team environment.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and sort bottles, ensuring quality and proper preparation for filling.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety and food safety guidelines.
• Communicate any operational issues to leadership.
• Adhere to company procedures and participate in continuous improvement.

Job description

As a Manufacturing Operator working with our bottles at Arcadia Beverage, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of our beverage production process. Your role will involve handling bottles throughout various stages of manufacturing, ensuring they are properly inspected, sorted, and prepared for filling. You'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of bottles, identifying any defects or abnormalities, and taking corrective actions as necessary to uphold our product standards.

We Currently Have Two Positions Available

• 2pm - 12:30am, Monday – Thursday
• Overtime may be required based on business needs and operational demands. This may include additional hours on Fridays and weekends. Employees are expected to maintain flexibility to accommodate occasional schedule changes and overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Safely maneuver around machinery as needed
• Maintain a clean work area
• Maintain OEE standards
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
• Effectively communicate operational issues with Leadership Team
• Operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow and monitor all guidelines and procedures
• Follow company procedures regarding safety and quality
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
