Job summary

Arcadia Beverage Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support bottle handling, inspection, sorting, and preparation for filling. You will monitor bottle quality, identify defects, and take corrective actions to uphold product standards in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires operating around machinery safely, maintaining a clean area, and communicating operational issues to leadership while supporting on-time production and OEE goals.

Description

As a Manufacturing Operator working with our bottles at Arcadia Beverage, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of our beverage production process. Your role will involve handling bottles throughout various stages of manufacturing, ensuring they are properly inspected, sorted, and prepared for filling. You'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of bottles, identifying any defects or abnormalities, and taking corrective actions as necessary to uphold our product standards.

We currently have two positions available:

• 2pm - 12:30am, Monday – Thursday


• Overtime may be required based on business needs and operational demands. This may include additional hours on Fridays and weekends. Employees are expected to maintain flexibility to accommodate occasional schedule changes and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.


• Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
