Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Machine Operator in Tempe to operate production equipment, monitor lines, and ensure materials are ready for the shift. You will inspect production quality, report any malfunctions, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification within 30 days, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday work may be required; the schedule is rotating with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability as required by business.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce
• Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
