Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire.
• Able to learn and fully operate production equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Pre-employment screening including criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce.
• Visually inspect production run and document results, ensuring quality throughout production.
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager related to safety hazards and product defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to uphold safety and performance standards.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
