Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification within 30 days from hire.
• Ability to learn and fully operate production equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by business.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials during shift.
• Set up machinery and ensure production materials are ready.
• Visually inspect production run and document results for quality.
• Report malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and area to meet safety standards.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects.
