Qualifications

• 2+ years working as production/machine operator
• Experience in high-speed food manufacturing and/or bottling operations preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial technology; safety and quality procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensure shift team complies with safety and quality procedures
• Coach, train and develop the shift team; identify root causes and reduce losses
• Oversee DDS (Daily Direction Setting) planning, staff allocation, and handover between shifts
• Support line managers to plan training and develop team skills
• Coordinate staffing across the shift and resolve critical issues
• Adhere to plant standards for safety, breaks, overtime, and attendance
• Maintain shift documentation and SOP adherence
• Perform other duties as assigned
