Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a production operator to manage bottling and packaging lines in California. You will set up, adjust, and maintain processing equipment, monitor quality, and complete required paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A flexible full-time schedule including weekends/holidays is required; prior bottling or canning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret basic production paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and monitor equipment to run the facility.
• Conduct visual inspections and complete documentation during runs.
• Load materials and set up machines for production.
• Perform minor changeovers and adjust to raw materials.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform preventative maintenance.
• Report defects to Lead person or Manager.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and packaging for boxes and bottles.
• Shut down equipment safely at end of shift.
