Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect products to prevent defects.
• Follow GMP, food safety standards, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and perform duties as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; work 12-hour shifts as required.
