Niagara Bottling, LLC in Lancaster, TX is hiring a Production Operator I to run and monitor production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput. The role requires attention to daily quality checks, accurate reporting, and strict GMP adherence.

Team members are expected to follow GMP, participate in safety programs, and support continuous improvement while maintaining attendance and flexibility for 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience a plus, 0–2 years for entry level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and inspect product for non-conformities.
• Maintain safety, GMP, and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Monitor raw material levels to minimize downtime on lines.
• Be capable of working 12-hour day or night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation.
